WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Ebooks and audiobooks purchased on the Harley Romance website are delivered via email from our distributer, BookFunnel. You’ll receive an email from them as soon as the purchase is completed (please check your spam folder as it may have gone in there). If you have any issues, you can contact BookFunnel for assistance - www.bookfunnel.com/help.

CAN I READ THE EBOOK ON MY OWN E-READER?

Yes! Bookfunnel allows you to send the ebooks to your preferred e-reader or app via email. It is a fairly simple process. If you have any issues, you can reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com and they are ready and willing to assist you.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE AN E-READER? 

The BookFunnel app allows you to download a book to your Android device, Apple iOS device, or Amazon Kindle Fire tablet wirelessly. It is not required, but does makes the download process faster and simpler. It has no ads, no tracking, and no pop-ups.

HOW DO I LISTEN TO AN AUDIOBOOK I'VE PURCHASED?

You can listed to your audiobooks on the free BookFunnel app or on a web browser. Instructions on how to do this will be procivided by BookFunnel when they email you after purchase. BookFunnel support will be able to assist you if you have any issues - www.bookfunnel.com/help.

WHAT IF MY BOOKFUNNEL CODES HAVE EXPIRED?

You have 14 days to use the codes provided by BookFunnel, but don't worry! The books are yours forever, so all you need to do is contact BookFunnel support to request new codes - help@bookfunnel.com. Or go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login. There you will find all the books you have purchased under that email.
